1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LemonFlow software, or by accessing the rawlemon.in website or any RawLemon Technologies service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of RawLemon Technologies. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. LemonFlow License

When you purchase a LemonFlow license, RawLemon Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own Windows computer(s) as permitted by your chosen plan.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the software
• Use the software on behalf of a third party without purchasing an appropriate license
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software

Your license is valid for the duration of your subscription period. Upon expiration or termination, you must cease use of the software.

3. WhatsApp Compliance

LemonFlow automates messaging through your own WhatsApp account installed on your Windows PC. You are solely responsible for:

• All message content you send using LemonFlow
• Ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
• Obtaining proper consent from recipients before messaging them
• Complying with applicable laws regarding electronic communications, including TRAI regulations in India

RawLemon Technologies does not monitor, review, or control the messages sent through LemonFlow. We are not responsible for any action taken by WhatsApp against your account, including bans or restrictions, resulting from your use of LemonFlow.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LemonFlow or any RawLemon Technologies service for the following purposes:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to individuals who have not consented to receive them
• Sending illegal, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, or defamatory content
• Impersonating another person, business, or organization
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Attempting to circumvent or interfere with WhatsApp's systems or policies

Violation of these prohibited use terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, website content, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with LemonFlow and rawlemon.in are the exclusive property of RawLemon Technologies. These are protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our intellectual property other than as expressly set forth herein. The name "LemonFlow", "RawLemon", and associated logos may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LemonFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RawLemon Technologies specifically disclaims:

• Any guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Compatibility with all versions of WhatsApp, Windows, or future updates thereof
• Guarantee of delivery rates or message success for bulk sending
• Fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly described

WhatsApp updates its application regularly. While we work to maintain compatibility, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation following WhatsApp updates outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RawLemon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LemonFlow or any RawLemon Technologies service.

In all cases, RawLemon Technologies' total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your license during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms

RawLemon Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. We may also notify active customers via email for material changes.

Your continued use of LemonFlow or any RawLemon Technologies service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using our services.
