3. WhatsApp & Third-Party Services

LemonFlow is a desktop automation tool that operates through your own WhatsApp account installed on your Windows PC. LemonFlow does not use the WhatsApp Business API, does not connect to any RawLemon server during message sending, and does not transmit your contact lists or message content to us.

Your use of LemonFlow is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. RawLemon Technologies is not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp against accounts that violate their policies.

4. Google Workspace

Our business email (hello@rawlemon.in) is hosted on Google Workspace. When you email us, your message and associated metadata are stored on Google's servers and subject to Google's Privacy Policy in addition to this policy. We access and use your email solely to respond to your communication.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies. We may use Google Analytics or a similar privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate website traffic. These analytics cookies do not identify you personally and do not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core website functionality.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in India or with India-compliant cloud providers. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your data.
