1. LemonFlow Software — 7-Day Refund Window
We stand behind LemonFlow. If the software is not working as described or you experience an unresolved technical issue, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
A refund will be issued if:
- The software does not function as described on our website and we are unable to resolve the issue
- You reported a technical issue and our support team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your report
- The software is fundamentally incompatible with your system despite meeting the stated minimum requirements
To qualify, your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Not Eligible for Refund
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after the license has been activated and you have used the software
- WhatsApp account bans or restrictions caused by your message content, sending behavior, or violation of WhatsApp's policies — LemonFlow automates sending but you are responsible for how you use it
- Already-used license periods — if a significant portion of your subscription term has elapsed, a pro-rated refund is at our discretion
- Inability to use the software due to your computer not meeting the minimum system requirements (Windows 10/11, WhatsApp Desktop installed)
- Issues caused by third-party software conflicts unrelated to LemonFlow
3. Website Development Projects
Our website development service follows a milestone-based payment structure:
- 50% advance is required before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers planning, design, and initial development time.
- Remaining 50% is due upon project delivery and your approval of the final website.
- If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, the advance is retained and no further amount is due from you.
Scope changes requested after the project has begun may affect the final cost and timeline. Any additional costs will be agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.
If RawLemon Technologies fails to deliver the agreed website within the agreed timeline for reasons on our side, we will offer either a full refund of the advance or an extended deadline, at your choice.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@rawlemon.in with the following details:
- Subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
- Your full name and registered email address
- Date of purchase and the plan or service purchased
- Clear description of the issue or reason for the refund request
- Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us again.
