Within 2 hours on business days (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST). WhatsApp is faster for urgent queries — we typically reply within 30 minutes during business hours.
Is LemonFlow safe to use?
Yes. LemonFlow works through your own WhatsApp installed on your Windows PC — it's the same as you sending messages manually, just automated. No API keys, no third-party access to your account, no messages routed through our servers.
Do you work with clients outside India?
We primarily serve Indian businesses, but we do accept international clients for website development projects. Payments are in INR via UPI or bank transfer. LemonFlow licenses can be purchased by anyone with access to WhatsApp Desktop on Windows.
